Thank you for your interest in the Spring Fest Auto Swap and Cherry Avenue Auction. We’re going to have a great time and we hope you come out and join us. We have special reserved areas for pre-1977, post-1977 vehicles, and vendors. You may view the designations on this site by opening the layout icon. We will have the music of The Crocodiles playing classic rock-&-roll and all your favorites to enjoy while you check out the cars and trucks as well as a beer garden, pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs and corn dogs, Mexican and Chinese food. Last but not least, ice creams and snow cones. Bring the kids out and pass on the love of classic cars and hot-rods we all grew up with. If they get a little restless we will have a pony ride and bounce house to keep them busy. Our facility has plenty of parking with lots of shade and clean restrooms so bring the whole family and the grandkids if you like.
We have made a few changes from the procedures we employed last September to make things flow a little better and provide you more selection of where you will set up to sell or show. There are a few ways to obtain a space.
1) Visit our office between March 3rd and April 5th and select the number of spaces you would like to reserve. We will reserve your space(s) and provide you a copy of the pre-reservation receipt. Your space will then be reserved with an orange traffic cone on the day of the event, April 6th, until 6:30 a.m. We will also provide you with your FREE event shirt at that time.
Monday and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Saturday 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday Closed
2) Come to our facility Saturday afternoon. Enter the “south parking lot”, on the corner of Cherry Avenue and American Avenue after 3:00 p.m., (enter on Cherry Avenue). We will form lines on the far south parking rows. You can, if you choose, wait in line until 6:30 p.m. when the gates are open at which time we will allow entry. All spaces WITH an orange traffic cone will be deemed RESERVED until 6:30 a.m. Sunday, April 6th. Any space or combination of spaces WITHOUT an orange traffic cone will be available to rent. If you setup or select your space(s) on Saturday afternoon/evening we will provide you with a reservation ticket. Keep the ticket. When we collect the rental fee on event day we will give you your FREE event shirt and validate your ticket.
3) If you decide to come in on event day and select your space, only those WITHOUT orange traffic cones will be available prior to 6:30 a.m. After 6:30 a.m. any unused space will be available for first-come-first-serve rental. Your FREE event shirt will be available soon after 9:00 a.m. Our staff will make the rounds and distribute them. --- See our website for a view of the Event Shirt.
Some people like to bring their camper trailers and spend the night. We understand if you have a car, truck, boat, or merchandise you want to be close to it. We would recommend not leaving excess merchandise overnight but bring it early in the a.m. Sunday morning to fill your displays. If you do decide to remain on the facility, PLEASE, we ask you to be polite and quiet so the neighbors can sleep. We will open the gates at 5:00 am Sunday morning to prepare for the day and allow vendors time to set-up their spaces if they haven’t done so already. Cars, trucks, boats, and vendors are also welcome the day of the event. Come in from 4:30 am – 6:30 am and we’ll get you a space.
Bring your project car if you like, we will accommodate you with a reserved area.
Look for the blimps; they mark the entrances and Beer Garden.
Beer Garden hours: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The Crocodiles will play 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / maybe a little longer.
